If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

Low salary, torcher, no growth, any movement position downfall, no office timings, no holidays ( holidays only formalities purpose, including Sunday also) Some supiriors worst behaviour & mentality, no job guarantee.

Even Lot's Of Politics, Only Pressure For Life Insurance, No Incentive If Life Insurance Target Not Achieved, No Incentive On Fixed Deposit Even you do crore and crore, No Fuel Expenses, Employee are still fighting for Fuel Expenses and Incentive on Fixed deposit on marketing channel. You Are not allowed for Loan Product Only Investment and insurance you have to focus. Decide and come.
