Company norms, policies and insensitive structure very good.

Dislikes

Low salary, torcher, no growth, any movement position downfall, no office timings, no holidays ( holidays only formalities purpose, including Sunday also) Some supiriors worst behaviour & mentality, no job guarantee.

Shriram finance co. is very good. the support of the operation team is good. every FY there some salary increase the products are good according to the market, Shriram finance has its own identity in the market.

Dislikes

The behavior of the reporting manager is not good , he talks to abusively. he is always trying to show himself superior and others inferior , that is why no one wants to work with him. Shriram finance is a very good co. but because of this no one wants to work with him.

I have working here from last 11 years. This long time journey with one company one can understand the atmosphere. Nothing needed to explain. Management, company policy, work culture are excellent. If you work your job is secure everywhere. Stfc gives you a lot time to develop yourself & delivere productivity.

Dislikes

Salary is good but, structure is not good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
