Work diversification to employees not good. Policy of giving work location atleast 150km away from hometown not good. Inter company transfers are not that easy.....you should have top management reference to do so

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i am apart of a team that markets reliable.high quality products and has a global Clint base .another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re hire policy here

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.I have to work 12 -16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clint calls in the morning and evening late in to the night .

And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.
