Working here is best way to start your career, because they taught everything from basics, customer relationship, customer services and doing Vehicle financing how to evaluate the vehicles based on their usage, age and parts replacement all these taught from very basics.

...ear experienced employees still at the junior executive level, that's a shame. Salary hike is also not appreciable. Overall if want gain experience in customer service and relationship it is best company. Worst part people from Regional office is asking marketing details, targets and collection reports to unrelated persons like business processing team(Team leader and Customer service executive) their job is only limited to system work but they're forcing them to do so.
