Training programs arrange by company was very beneficial for me and provided me deep insight finance sector in mortgage loans and personal loan as well as credit department work. My seniors was always with me in directing my path. One of the best part of the company was that it hier employee on company role.

Salary structure was poor. Growth was slow. Middle line management doesn't respect hierarchy level. Work life balance was not so good. No appreciation of work.
