Diwali bonus given better than company.employe exit after elgible to bonus working period.

Dislikes

Salary not increase.very pressure on normal staff by managers and Dm. Life insurance befit not found every staff.

In that company all my colleagues were very kind & also experienced.In training period ,I learned about the company and their products. I also learned several products and different working experience and my Superior also very kind to me.They treated like as a knowledgeable employee and also they know about fully.This company has branches in several states and more than 100 branches.In my work experience I know about me and my knowledge.And we work very happily in collabration. Managers are know about our individual strength.

Dislikes

Salary and other allowances are very poor.The work pressure is moderate but the business torture is so high and compulsorily employee should do business from outside.The working hours are not so correct its depend upon the individuals.

Nothing much as there is no career development.

Dislikes

HR work as there is no paid leaves paid to employees after leaving the company even though you have paid leaves balance.Extra working hours with no extra payment or comp off.
