My company is fully supportive during Covid-19 in all aspects like no salary deduction, motivational thoughts by our seniors time to time, hr is asking employees and their family about their physical health, provide extra care and support to maintain physical and mental balance. As of mine superb work environment and culture.

Till now their is nothing to dislike. Management is supporting in all aspects.

Salary is deposited on time every time.

Full of Garbage people. Mindless people following the Megalomanias CEO who is nothing more than a Shopkeeper. Consider this company like a "Lala ki Dukan" and never think about getting a job in this company. All they care about is publishing social media posts, post group images on social media, waste time on useless internal activities and event. They have no focus on the business and then managers shouts at the mid level and executive level employees.

... leave, but come back with positive energy and pickup the speed to work hard. Salary is good as compared to other organisations.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per role, I have seen my seniors working in lower salary then juniors, I mean reporting employee is getting high paid then then one whom he is reporting. Training given to employees is only theoritical, and encouraging, but its not solving the queries of fact people are facing in open market.

... the service charge from both ends for which you'll get an nominal incentive. 2. Need to contribute the same service charge upto 2x-3x of your salary. 3. Next level CEO pleasing.
