SAMIL might not be the best in terms of compensation but the opportunity it offers is immense. One can learn constantly trying out something new everyday. This unfortunately creates more of "generalists" rather than "vertical specialists". When employees leave they become excellent at handling diverse roles. Good for them, bad for SAMIL
Full of Garbage people. Mindless people following the Megalomanias CEO who is nothing more than a Shopkeeper. Consider this company like a "Lala ki Dukan" and never think about getting a job in this company.
All they care about is publishing social media posts, post group images on social media, waste time on useless internal activities and event. They have no focus on the business and then managers shouts at the mid level and executive level employees.
Smart performer can get average salary, means one not only do good business but also always be in good books of his / her Seniors and always remain yes boss only
