It has been a great experience in my career working at this job. i joined this job in 2020 as an e-commerce sales executive and continued working until feb 2022. this role has been a fantastic learning experience, allowing me to explore new things and develop skills for my future career. One of the standout aspects of this job has been the excellent teamwork and the supportive behavior of my colleagues. everyone at the company is quite helpful, and the working atmosphere is very positive. i must mention the company's owners. Mr. Krishna Murari Ishwar and Mr. Anjani sir, who are down-to-earth individuals always eager to explore new ideas. this job holds a special place in my life as it was my first job. i learned a lot during my time there, and i'm truly grateful for that. i'd like to express my thanks, and i hope the company continues to progress and maintain the same positive atmosphere. i still remember the days when Mr. Krishna Murari Ishwar would open the gate, meet the team, and teach us new things, making our daily tasks more exiting and educational. i hope the company keeps growing and prospering.

I feel very happy to work indeed . The culture is very positive and transparent and every one opens to new ideas and suggestions. There are lots of opportunity for growth indeed.

It's a good company in the e-commerce area. Nice company to work in and with a good environment. Good care of employees with a great culture.

There is nothing anything that I can say I don't like about this company.

Likes

Management is unprofessional and unethical, and behave badly with senior staff. If someone gate any medical emergency then nobody cares for him.

Dislikes

No work culture. Misbehavior with staffs, bad languages, job insecurity and situation got worsen in covid-19 pandemic.

Work environment is good enough. Teammates are also supportive in nature.

Dislikes

Salary is not even satisfactory, and i don't think that there is any kind of growth in this field. If any, it would take a long time indeed. Bond of 1 year is also not acceptable over here.
