1.No innovation. 2 No value for technical expert. 3. No trainings for devlopements. 4 Comapny lead by family members key held by them only if work entire life also you will be in just staff member. 4. No minimum benifits available.( no transportation no canteen , no helath insurance) 5. Manger level also cant spend rs.500 on his own ,they have stand infront plant manager. 6. Management dont trust entire team. 7. Company have More spy than technical expert. 8. Increaments will done based on owener mood not by rules. Every 18 months once they give increaments. 9.Employee is fight in the production still company support wring person. This comoany only suitable for fresher who is have not got the proper job or old age person who is dont have self respect. Those who dream to do big . Please dont join .

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
