My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Use of latest technology to ease work done And there are many such good things but these are major points

I like working with Shrigo Hotels with full enthusiasm, Working Environment is good & company with a great culture. Management is fully Cooperated . Company Policy is quite good makes some improvement.

Dislikes

No dislike about working at Shrigo Hotels . Working on some improvement in Employee benefit & Development Program. No issue with Work environment. Some improvement will require on Payment Structure.

I feel very happy working at indeed. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to the new ideas and suggestions. There are lots of opportunities for growth at indeed. Teams at indeed generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
