I feel myself blessed to be a part of Shri Ram Shiksha Mandir , Jindpur. I have been working in the prestigious institution more than 9 years. In all these years I have grown up as a good human being as well as trained professional. All this is possible because of guidance of our mentors like Mr. Dinesh Rana and Ms. Neetu Munjal. They are guiding force to motivate you to give your best. The environment of school is always encouraging and healthy . You always feel there has a part of SRSM family where everyone is cooperative.

Teaching techniques are Fabulous here and got good cooperation at the end when left job from here.

coordinator type of environment as they take advantage of their post and dominate over other teachers, rest very cooperative staff and my experience was very nice, left due to marriage as I had to shift to Ahmedabad, now got the job in new city as so many things here I have learned from here.

Management practice emotional bully, paid full scale salary and take back in cash. No job security as they can kick you out at anypoint without giving any reason. They do not even respect those teachers who have contributed in this institution for past years.
