...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Over all my experience in smi was awesome... All team mates were great.. All doctors were good with awesome nature.. Smi is very good option for ur base...a one roof giving every thing.. I Gonna miss smi alot.. Work environment was awesome there.. I m in love with smi 🙂🙂🙂🙂

As such I dnt have any complaints.. But yeah.. Salary package for staff nurses is very less and no concessions for staff.. Which is very bad 😒😒😒... And there is no medical facility for staff... Staff also treat as others

Patient load overall is good. Good to a person open to learning but not for the one who wants to have better renumeration against the work done. Just a personal opinion.

...s notice period can snatch many great opportunities from you while a job change. Another thing if you want to leave earlier you have to pay them equivalent amount for the days remaining.

No proper manegement. No working environment teammates are supporting. Management is very poor appraisal are not fair no bonus. Minimum salary.

There is a lot of politics. And the manegement doesn't address our issues career growth are slow the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have done BSc nursing and wanted to do some different level of work by which i can beat anyone through my work. Its been 7 months i am working in Shri Mahant Indiresh hospital in Emergency departement . I have learn alot because of the exposure in here. The one can learn to manage all kinds of emergency treatment. Doctors also appreciate your work and clear your doubt. All over my experiency was great till now.

Well if it comes regarding your salary it is less . They should increase it.
