No support, fake daily & weekly meeting, When he is in the field, he will hardly visit one site and will pressurize everyone to visit 3-4 sites. In the meeting, he will show as if no one else knows anything more than him. If you see him, he cries about money and himself wastes the company's money and is talking about useless things when talk personally.
