They create only hype of their works but practically they like a Hallow tree, worst working culture. Sales head & all seniors always play politics

Company culture, no support, always try to blame for their unprofessional behaviour & attitude, they always create financial problems for their employees do that their money stuck. They always forced employee to work with their own money. Like sales head tanuj virmani tells use credit card, take loan from credit card for company works, always take junior work credit. No support, fake daily & weekly meeting, When he is in the field, he will hardly visit one site and will pressurize everyone to visit 3-4 sites. In the meeting, he will show as if no one else knows anything more than him. If you see him, he cries about money and himself wastes the company's money and is talking about useless things when talk personally.

They will treat you like brother till you are in the organisation once you failed to deliver output.. rest well we all know.

Dislikes

Here your work is valued till your presence after that no one will valued you once you leave the organisation. No matters what you did for the organisation. Seniors always put their nose in each and every matter to discomfort the juniors. Noone is looking for the wrong thing.from the management as well as the seniors because their mindset is do it or else leave it.
