all the above points are excellent except regular training facility for creating innovation idea.

Dislikes

All is good. If we do our things in time and in a perfect manner , i think dislike for anything will not arise. No company can satisfy the need of employee, its the co-relation between the employee and employer which drives the company to the next level.
