...est practices. Dismal wages. They charge you for your medical test as well. Deduct salary on stupid grounds. So not pay back the money they owe you.

Had been a great place to learn new skills,familiarization with up to dated technologies and for learning devolping pace/co-ordination amongst team members of both the same and other areas.Speaking of work environment, it is quite cohesive but challenging at the same time out of not so dynamic work hours and of course, politics too.I think it provides a good stage especially for freshers,to learn and grow both professionally and socially as you come across various teammates and heads giving you either a good or bad experience,but for sure, you learn a lot. Teammates are cooperative, but not everyone. I think it highly depends on your interpersonal relationship with them.Speaking of job security, your job is safe unless you repeatedly keep on doing professional or punctuality negligence as you are bound to their duty rules and regulations;I find nothing wrong about that.Facilities like free hostel accommodation,free bus service 4m bus stand,D.A,EPF and Pension deduction is there.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high most of times. Supervisors do not value an individuals’ unique strengths and judge them from their subjective view, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

terrible salaries...no increment since past 5 years...they promote but dont increase the salary according to payscale.... associate proff receives salary of a senior resident...deduct salary over nonsensical reasons...everyday new notices are slapped giving warnings and salary deductions...no incentive or growth opportunities given by the hospital...40 percent salary is being deducted since past 4 months in corona times without any info...its a nightmare

Nothing to like, it is a place for harrasment of employees by the management, better to be unemployed than working at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences.

Dislikes

The management only believes in torture of doctors, they have dictatorial policies and apply different rules to different employees of same category. They should be sued and brought to books and Mahant Devendra Dass should be jailed for fraud.
