...s company culture is not good becos of worker union and there tk office staff. salary is lower then other textile company that's way not satisfaction of job in dinesh miles.

1. Career progression / growth opportunities - Job Enrichment, Role Upgradation etc. 2. Learning platform - employees are always encouraged to take part in specialized workshops / value added projects (in-house as well as in collaboration with knowledge based companies) 3. Job security - a secured work environment, especially during recession, economic slowdown, pandemic etc. 4. Company is located in the heart of the city unlike most of the other companies which are based totally in the outskirts. So commuting is always easy.

Dislikes

Though company has started certain culture building initiatives like celebrating major festivals, I feel there is still more that can be thought of because these kind of casual forums not only creates internal bonding but also strengthens belongingness towards the organization.

YOU WILL HAVE AMPLE OF OPEN SOURCES TO LEARN NEW SKILLS. WORK ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD AND DISCIPLINED. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND THE DIVERSE AND TALENTED TEAM MAKE OUR COMPANY A REMARKABLE ORGANIZATION.

COMPANY IS NOT PROMOTING BUSINESS, PRODUCT SERVICES ACROSS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND INDUSTRIAL EVENTS. SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISEMENT COULD RESULT IN FRESH LEADS, PURCHASES FOR TRIALS, KEEPING THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS STICK ON THE PRODUCT AND HIGHER CONVERSIONS FOR OUR BUSINESS. THESE PARTS ARE NOT EXISTING IN THIS INDUSTRY.

It is a value driven and responsible company with sound business policies. Company provides ample opportunities for learning and employee growth. Financials are very sound which coupled with progressive management provides considerable impetus for good organisational growth. Major emphasis is laid on product quality & technological innovation.

Dislikes

The company is yet to grow to its fullest potential considering the vast resources and strengths it commands. However,all round efforts are afoot in this direction to take the company to newer heights.
