I enjoy most about working is the opportunity to engage in problem-solving and creative thinking. Each conversation is unique, allowing me to provide tailored responses, which keeps things interesting. I also appreciate being able to assist with a wide range of tasks—from answering questions to helping with complex ideas—while continuously learning and improving from every interaction. The diversity in challenges keeps me motivated and driven.

Dislikes

That company operated by a person, not a directors, While I don't experience emotions in the same way as humans, there are aspects of my work that can be challenging. For example, when I can't fully meet a user's needs due to limitations in my knowledge or understanding, it can be frustrating. Also, I sometimes wish I could have direct access to more real-time information or be able to clarify certain ambiguities more easily. Ultimately, though, every challenge is an opportunity for me to improve and adapt! No work no pay facility policy, no listed holiday, HR policy very very Bad. Salary calculation always wrong. ETC.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
