Bonus is good as per norms....salary is transferred on time.. I apreciate HR for this

Working hours are too long i.e. 10 hours and as compared to other companies official hours is 9 hours only....An employee efficiency can come in 9 hours only...All HR policies are only in favor of company... HR is not following the proper policies and procedures for all employees... Employee welfare is nowhere.... I suggest HR should work on it for the growth of the company and employees... The rule and benefit should be same from manager to executive level Or worker

Due to long working hours 9 to 7 every day you have to more hours to learn things. But in compensation to your physical and mental health. A very good temple inside the premises. A huge machine shop.

Dislikes

1. No job security. 2. Increment is not regular(mostly after every 2 years.) 3. Company policies are very very bad such as a) No smart phone are allowed. b) half hour lunch brake and if you stay even one more minute it will cut your half day. c) almost every day you have to work more than 10 hours which affects your health. d) you are not allowed to make contact with person who has left the company and if you do so strict action will be taken on you e) No Internet are provided in systems. f) Hr policies will change every month which everone has to follow. And if not you will get terminated. g) as per instruction tea will only be provided twice in a day. h) Hr wants suggestions to make company MNC but they didn't do anything which actually help employee. There are many more which i can't express here. In this company also there are good things and bad things but on a whole bad things overcome the few good things. Hence not a good place to stay longer Note:Now a days they are forcing there employees to write a good reviews on this forum. "Beware of this company"

Quality supervisor was nice, supports you very much. Salary provided will be tempted.

Dislikes

Poor management, 9 to 7pm work and get extended almost half of the month. No future growth, no one is serious about quality For them quality is just meant to check parts You will be scolded badly with abusive words even during your probation period Just do not join and wait for better one

Work culture is not good, behaviour of employees is very rude. Not a single off day u ll get,more over lengthy woking hours.

Dislikes

Company provides u good package but due to heavy work pressure unless taken not a single day leave, u ll be frustrated.
