New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Very Bad working culture HR is play main roll into technical work, Process Gm & production head even VP technical can't take decision of single Person attendance. If Hr like any helper worker they can promoted him as manager of Gm of any section in paper mill. There are totally uneducated staff that means all shift in charge up to manager qualification 10th +2 only

Timely you can go home no need stay after working hr in the company to fake impress the bosses

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Weightage on unnecessary things. Bosses always try to demoralize there junior. Nobody believes on anybody that he can do better and think theirself far more knowledgeable.
