Nothing good, Mr Walter Fernandes is a pathetic person, don't know how to treat employees, very much abusive in nature, you can't work under him..

Job Security is terrible, you will hear awful languages and threats to get removed anytime, Salary and reimbursements deductions for no reason, no product value in Market, cheap business mentality, not open to new ideas, no other support, you can't even talk to the HR if anything goes wrong, typical baniya culture..

Exposure each and every domain of HR & IR field and excellent energized team and working culture along with a dynamic leader of positive thoughts.

The organization has already taken a step towards the improvement in infrastructure development which was needed for making Shreno Limited Glass Division a best place to work.

Work environment is very much supportive. Work load is normal, so work life is very much balanced. One great benefit is management is always keen to adopt new technology. Other benefit it is located at cityheart.
