1) Job security - Amazing as the company will never run out of business as the services provided by Shreemeera are essentials for it's TG. 2) Work Culture, Management & Company Policies- Incredible due to the Multinational management. CMO is Australian & CEO is American. They have implemented the foreign work culture in Indian company. There is a setting that all Computers will turn off automatically at 6pm. No one is allowed to work post 6pm. Employee care is the topmost priority. 3) Exposure - Shreemeera has nearly 1000 big Corporate customers like Mercedes Benz, Mahindra, VW, Tata Motors, DRDO, Britannia, etc. Onsite exposure at the customer end is the best in the market. You get to meet top officials from these industries. Nowhere in India you can get such an experience at a Junior position.

Month ends is a pressured work environment. But that's everywhere for Sales.
