I like the transparent work culture here and everyone is given an opportunity to speak. Flexible working hours. Great work life balance. There is lot of scope to improve and i see that as an opportunity. People here are great, every one is cooperative. 2nd & 4th Saturday Holiday. People here working from last 20 to 25 years.

Even prison life will be better than shitji coffin pvt Ltd. No likes only hates. No scope for AutoCAD designer. No fixed salary date. So please don't even think about joining shitji otherwise ur life will be full of shitji.

Location proximity for suburban staff. Infrastructure

Dislikes

Management is not systematic and SOPs are not followed. Payscale for many designations are not as per market standards. Multiple reporting issue as there are too many directors. Work timings are not flexible & no hybrid working option.

First of all Hr is lier. He will not upfront tell you that u are appointed on contractual basis and they will issue retainership letter and not appointment letter. At the time interview they will tell you thatball facilities are there but on final round and selection they directly tell you that no facilities are available to u.. Very unprofessional company.
