Unprofessional and Toxic Work Environment Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Review: My experience with Shreeji Shipping has been highly disappointing. The company lacks proper processes and professional work ethics. Workplace politics, favoritism, and caste-based discrimination are rampant. Employees are subjected to personal harassment, verbal abuse, and misbehavior, making it a toxic environment. There is no genuine support from colleagues or management; most efforts to assist are merely formalities. Overall, I strongly advise against joining this organization due to its unprofessionalism...
