Director given facilities for all and he checked them that our employees are comfortable or not.

Owner relative are available in all site and they are non technical person. He doesn't obey anyone that means egoist.

For Engineer's Company is good. Managing Director is Also a great person. But At Jagdalpur Site DGM is not a good person and management know that but they didn't taking action. Overall company is Good. All employees are cooperative.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
