...son of management is very bad. 3. There is no compliment of government rules. 4. Salary timing is after 2-3 months. 5. There no facility provided by company.

Facilities provided for staffs is very poor. Accommodation is very poor quality. No weekly off is also a big problem. Work life balance is very bad.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

For better learning and gaining experience like many things are usually good about this company, & working staff is also very helpful.

There is a lot of things like working time is not good, no weekend holiday and salary issue also.
