Very bad experience with Shreeji Aqua Company. This company has not support us after resignation and also one bad rule is there our first salary has hold from management for security for any new join employee. I have resigned from my post and also completed one month notice period but my one month salary is not received till date. Khup ghan experience ala mla hya company madhe ... Jeva tumhi resignation deta teva tumche problem chalu hotat... Yancha ek kharab rule ki he every employee chi first salary security deposit mhanun hold krun thevtat ... And hold kelela salary he detach nahit ... Mi proper resignation dile ... Proper mazya reporting boss yanchi permission ghetli and last day la company che director mhanje boss yanni maze kautuk krun mla jau dile and mi proper ek month notice period dila ... Nntr mazya nntr Jo person mazya jage vr ala tyala mi hand over kele ... Evde sagde changle vagun yanni mla last month cha salary dila nahi ahe ... Ka tr mi job sodlya vr new company start keli ... They play politics with every employee after leaving company. They stuck every employee in security deposit They forfeit my executive level salary. Hope. While choosing think about future not for only current situation. Every Employee is dissatisfied with their unfair treatment. No one is happy after choosing. Read all content in appointment letter. Company forfeit my salary I couldn't do anything. Labour court process are slow. Until you are doing work here they will speak with you good after telling them about resignation they will fall In trouble. I felt that company did forfeit only my salary, the case is going towards labour laws. Company did the same of forfeit salary with my colleague also when she left company. Means company yearly easily make fool to 4-5 employee who takes executive level salary. Be aware. It is their habit to forfeit salary and security deposit. If anyone don't working for salary then he can go to there. Read comments 1 star rating are more. Then think and take action.
