Dislikes

Less salary compared to market, builder can suspend you wight on spot so job security is questionable, increment percentage is less, no work satisfaction, no appreciation, builder sometime can abuse you on mistakes, no trust in employees. No time limit, even they will tell you to work on sundays so there is no work - life balance. No HR policies. No overtime, no paid leaves ( I resigned from this company before 4 years, so i am not aure about these 2 facilities)

Management Freehold and support in delegating tasks, Better team working and supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

...hours. Leave policies should be relaxed. Alternate Saturday's can be considered. Compensation are very good but can be improved based on performance.

Because of some different types of activities organised by management like sports day, annual meet,any others programs and organisation give on time payment before 7th date of month and any some new types of things learn from organisation.

Because of some problems about safety like some types of material not received at site and others things that appraisal and gifts or prize not given to safety officer it's a partiality.

Team building activity , Senior Management is easily accessible , Employee appreciation ,

Horizontal work co ordination between department need to improve And Traning and development need to be improve

Its growing company, Management has to provide some motivational facility to employee.

Dislikes

Work systems required with higher keys. Separate quality dept for quality checking. Training session after 3 moth .
