Increamemt is very low.STCS several times want updates and gives warnings for salary hold. Designation give very low category. In Nokia Project working process is very bad 16 - 18 hour works without any overtime.

Total good but local management is too bad some times our local management is not supporting in Covid -19 situation time.

Entire company was good about salary and allowances but career growth is not their because Some peoples are not considering lower authorities problems .

Working culture is good and there is no more escalation with employees.

Salary culture is not good.Once you joined the STCS,you have to forget about increament.Salary amount is also not good but due to job crises we have to manage,but it comes since earlier.

...culture, here teammates, coordinater and management support you for every time. Company policy is good but here salary hike process is slow.

Unhygienic office,mosquitos, rats 🐀 inside office and monkey on office terrace, office terrace has telecom towers ,you can learn office politics ,management also involves in politics ,nepotism is high ,no appraisal, delay in salary payment, unethical practises, everyone is abused on floor by management including HR, put false allegations to terminate employees, hellish experience, what else to say ,stay unemployed for some time but don't join this circus
