NO JOB SECURITY. NO PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS. NO OVERTIME BONUS FOR STAFF (EXCEPT WORKERS), EVEN AFTER STAYING OVER 8 O'CLOCK (PM). NO SICK,CASUAL, OR PAID LEAVES. IMPROPER DISTRIBUTION OF WORK. MEDIOCRE MANAGEMENT. NO MONITORING OF DAILY PROGRESS OF PROJECTS. NO COMPANY TRIPS. EGOISTIC MANAGEMENT. ONLY BOOTLICKERS, AND SHRUD PEOPLE CAN SURVIVE. NO PROFESSIONALISM AMONG TEAM MEMBERS OR MANAGEMENT.

Good work station and workshop Infrastructure.

Dislikes

No job security and safety is the big concern.no one wear helmets Shoes PPE kits , AC current appliances are used for illumination which is hazardous to health. No cylinder stands are mounted with Argon machine's.

It is a large organisation. 50 to 60 employees are worked here. It is my first job choice where I started my career. I am very obliged to it. Excellent place to work from office Proprietor is an honest person.

I am not able to dislike it because it is always best to their employees
