Increment and appraisal is depending on your boss if he likes you else your whole year work will be zero..satara and ichalkaranji plant management is pure political persons who doesn't know the difference between technical skill person and non technical person..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management is very poor to notice employees basic needs

1) There is no value for skilled persons 2) Lack of safety precautions and no body worries about Environment 3) Hire the staff in required is not up to the mark 4) Not having good support for Hard and Prompt workers

Been working at SRSL for a long time now. Good work life balance and job security, stable salary but lot of other issues.

Dislikes

Very bureaucratic attendance system. Rampant favouratism for select few employees in attendance, salaries and promotions. Frequent over-riding of company policies. Rampant usage of company resources by some employees with consent of HODs. No objective assessment and no consistent increment and promotions. No employee engagement or team building workshops. No training and workshops for employees. Very poor HR systems.

No hike in salary, No market correction and salary is very very low. partiality with the employee new comer with less education, age and experience get high salary than the current employees.
