...d behavior reflect that. There is an internal cartel system and office politics. HR policies are not strong, salary increments are not timely, and there is no proper hierarchy. Priorities change frequently, and the behavior of the HOD is not good.

It's a vary good platform to start a Career in the refrigeration Field as more here one can face technical challenges. So good opportunity to learn and grow refrigeration knowledge. But bludy politics.

Compensation I decent but growth is slow. Have to work 14 hrs also have service related activities although I m in design
