New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and chill. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every 2 years.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2years which is doesn't matter. On the job training is good.
