This company is worst company in our india they are not paying salary time to time still they are holding my one month salay ..they are not provideing plz kindly i rqst all people dont go there.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. And they give good salary for freshers and increasing the salary every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's a good company for fresher's to gain experience in the field.

Dislikes

The company is very unprofessional. Salary is always give 2 to 3 months late to the employees. Some the employees have to go on a strike to get their own salary. There is no work ethics. The managers have no experience, they do nothing all day and expect the rest of the staff to work for 12 to 13 hours a day. There is no facelities no bonuses offered to the employees. The company is run by uneducated director who expect their employees to work like machines.

Oldest company in filed and project in abroad with subcontract with big contractor.

The team not supportive. purchasing power nil in out side Mumbai. you will get increment if you do job around owner. any time termination without if but in behalf of internal complain. the politics always on top. company have no HR policy for worker and staff. Not giving any bones or incentive even Diwali sweets also. company desires on top without any compromise. I worked with company 2 years because i work independent without any support so i survive. The Company totally lala company and non-professional.
