From top management to bottom line every body is confused in this company.. Policies role out and after some time management itself call these back.. Role and responsibly assigns and shortly new team takes over.. Hr specially lady who heads acts as owner of company destroyed entire work culture dont know why management not replace her.. Any way strictly not recommending to be a part of this organization whose basics are made on Nepotism.

Fasle company with False management. They change policies without any reasons. They hire people from competiors but make their life he'll. They like only Gujrati people. Recommend to all job seekers ,do not enter their DEN.

1. Constantly changing names helps them to wipe out their sins is what they think 2. Honestly nothing worth mentioning the learning that never ever trust a family owned Lala company, and enduring chaos!

To sum it up it was a crucial time wasted. A typical Lala company with zero security, no zero business presence, wants someone to come and their business from scratch. One the Joint managing director comes from another plan with flurry of infeasible ideas expects the business to grow to 100 crores from no without extending any support. HR team lack the basic soft skills who don't understand the difference between a blue collared employee and senior leaderhip team member and behaves insults. Above all even after giving the heart and sould to the job they don't even care to give more than 7 days notice after resignation and later malign your image as fired by them

Higher management doesn't know what they want to achieve and HR team only knows how to play dirty politics, HR wouldn't even esitate to play with employee emotions, and use dirty language within the team ,I wonder that the romours about HR person having something something 🫣 naughty secrets with higher management team members to run there show and play their dirty politics is true 😱😱 Zero growth in this company Zero talent you will gain in this company Good talent will never be respected or rewarded Lala company which run by people who are uneducated (family members of founding members of the company)eats gutka inside office and say ( mera connection MD tak he aur me MD ka mama ka chacha ka beta ka aulad hoon mere ishare par sab nachenge yaha) 😂😂😂😂 Soo funny thinking of these people seriously waste of time working here

Additionally, there was limited job security, as employment decisions were made without clear communication. With better transparency, fair collaboration between teams, and improved job stability, the work environment could become more supportive and growth-oriented.
