I will working with 3 years with the Shri Maruti company still now I have not received any kind of promotion or appraisal and their management skills are zero they don't know how to deal with the people who give the contribution to the company from the their bottom of their heart and even if you put resign day will not ask you any single word for what why and why are you doing this they will just mail all the best for your future . They don't value their employees

...o Rewards and Recognitions. Your ideas are ignored. You fill that you stuck. If performance up down Salary holds by Management. They suddenly changed policies. Only Employer centric organization.

Company is Planing betterment for all parameters, but few changes required on case to case basis like customers potential, market competitions etc

Salary deduction on monthly basis for one year as security, if any employee join with any organization , employer have to trust.

If you are a Boot li**ers than you can definetly love this company only think works in this organisation to li*k the boots of your higher management in Ahmedabad and HR who is in Mumbai Work and achievement will never work over here only mind games and politics will be at best . There is a huge team but they only don't know what they have to do but yes as i said earlier you should know how to li*k boots of 1 HR & so called higher management. If you try to do things differently they will kick you out from organisation with whatever reason So its superb place to work only for boot lickers and if you have done PHD or some higher studies in corporate politics

Company doesn't know what exactly they want to do because of few people including HR and some in so called higher management company is suffering secondly some employees are who doesn't know what is there job profile they are only here because of personal reason Company wise MD should check who is misusing their power and throwing good talents out of the company giving random reasons. If company seriously want to grow MD has to look into it and make some strict changes by setting some good example by recognising politics people and throw them out .

In summer and winter season i loved to work very much in that field. And it was very flexible time for working over there thank u. Shri Maruti Transport☺️

My dislikes is working in raining season because all parcels 📦 should be we protect from rain some times parcels get wet and customers gets were very disappointed ☹️ overall everything is was good 👍🏻
