Beaware before joining this organization, it is one of the worst organization. No Job security. Management has no work ethics. Management has no leadership skills, especially Avinash/Anoopam/praveen/vamsi. Difficult to Implement new tools & techniques, because these ppl don't support you and don't want to introduce new things. You'll find mostly manipulated data and it is difficult to work on implementation with this manipulated data. Management have no evidence based decision making knowledge. Work culture is very horrible.

Please don't join this shit company and don't spoil your life.. There is nothing in this company.. One and only worst organization in the Telangana.. Worst food, worst policy, worst management,worst, worst, worst, worst..

Good work environment,great and supportive colleagues, well controlled work hours not more than 8.5 hrs a day, doing Over time not acceptable which was very pleasant, I got increment what I expected.....good working persons will be always recognisable, transportation available, canteen available, more over area climate is good and stable in all seasons.

Dislikes

No medical benefits, atleast alternate Saturday should be holiday now all mfg companies making mandatory, as per work no cons

Great people to work for and work with. All people in managerial positions as well as the Management are open to ideas and will extend support if any solution / idea seems feasible. Only drawback is a very long work days and very few offs this throws the work life balance off

Good teammates, their is no discrimanation of empolyees, all are treated equally, usally conduct many trainings to enhance skills & job knowledge 100% job security, company turned into various expansion their is a huge carrer growth, apprisal will be based on performance, as a quality inspector roughly i will travel 7 days in 1 year it is not a problem at all, their is no politics at all in shreemalani, their is huge scope of learing as quality inspector,work environment little bit bother for me not in organization near by factory some huge pollution release by beside company, working in shree malani you can easily balance your work life because here 3 shifts avilable 8:30 hours we can spend in company.

Dislikes

As a quality inspector i have skills but my concren i am not getting any apprisal from management due to company norms& policies.
