...Employees are like pet dogs. Only 10 days as govt holidays in a particular year. No leave, No PF, No Leave Encashment, No gratuity, No Bonus, No medical. Only work is main citeria.

Clean desk, Air conditioned office, Coffee and tea, Festivals and food. Learning regarding metal industry.

Dislikes

...ich is governing the company. There is a Director and mostly authoritarian rule. There can be a cut-off in salary if the work performance is not as desired. There is no job security here. People often come and fired in few weeks. They also change the criteria of your work if they feel like to. Too much insecurity for freshers. You may need to stay late untill 9pm at night. Only sunday is week off. It operate like a wholesale.

I have seen some negative, mixed and positive reviews on Shree Madhav Agencies Pvt. Ltd. With due respect, humbly accept these reviews but unavoidably with some deep grief and shock.
