Many people there have very bossy attitude. Works around here is very confusing as there is no board or a large authority which is governing the company. There is a Director and mostly authoritarian rule. There can be a cut-off in salary if the work performance is not as desired. There is no job security here. People often come and fired in few weeks. They also change the criteria of your work if they feel like to. Too much insecurity for freshers. You may need to stay late untill 9pm at night. Only sunday is week off.
