Shreekrishna hospital and H M Patel medical college is good and excellent health service give to all poor or any patients.It is excellent time work hospital. They have good researchers and developed the new research project.I love the fact that i am part of a team .I am biostatistician,all reasercher students come to aur department and they give us data,and finally we analyze the data,and also give the results and they interpret and they completed his her thesis.Now this is best job for me but I have genius problem like envornment and sweet eats.So I am looking for job change.I will work in public health.I am Statistician . Thanks and regard Shrikrishna Patil.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
