Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes- 1. If you join as fresher & you are sincere then you have to more chance to learn each and everything. 2. Company providing guest house, Cook and other services likes LPG Cylinders, Electricity bill, beds etc. 3. Company providing bikes for sites uses.

Dislikes

Dislikes- 1.Salary not came at time always. 2.Appraisal month are not sure in year. 3.You can not balance your work & life. 4.If you are sincere like your willingsness to complete the project then you will have to put extraordinary effort. 5. Management culture is not sophisticated.
