In Shree Jagannath Carriers Pvt. Ltd. There is a person named "Sudhansu Shekhar Pallei" the account head. That person is a sociopath. I lost my job because of him. He don't do his work rather he is more interested in disturbing those who honestly and dedicatedly do their work. I am a victim of this Mr. Pallei (sociopath ). Office staff like me who is silent and calm are easy target for this sociopath Mr. Pallei. Mental torcher is much easier to do hence he unnecessary Harrasment to others. Whatever the situation be he feels that there is not his fault and start blaming others. I as a victim has observed this. Because according to him he can never be wrong. He is faking perfection . There are three managers in Rourkela (Odisha) branch. Miss Babita S.S.Pallei Saumyabrata Bhuyan. Saumyabrata Bhuyan never do his own work . He want his work to be done by others he always needs a assistant. There are loopholes in these three managers due to which others are suffering. The work timing is from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm but Mr. Saumyabrata Bhuyan intentionally holds some of the staffs till 8:00 pm to complete his work because he is not capable to do his own work.
