No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUND AND WE WORK HAPPILY IN COLLABORATION

COMPENSATION IS DECENT, BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOME TIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

It's all game played by superior and putting all effort by low level employees the company should take smart work but nt to go for hard work.

Compensation is descent but growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high.sometime the superior gives the high pressure on ground level employees.

Nothing here to like, wrost work culture, only chatu employee gets promoted. Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,
