Poor quality network, less skilled bosses. Only lobby people surviving and growing. Weak culture. Can't move from headquarter even on weekends. 8 am daily concall for 1 - 1.5 hour for only sales projection. Work till 10/11 pm.

Recently Management has been changed hence employees layoff is continue no proper vision MD has appointed his own relative in higher post but they don't have the quality even Manager, and they are taking full advantage even spending 4 hours at home during lunch but any other employee can't go home for lunch. All the shree culture, brand has been made toxic by new management. Owner should take interest to save the reputation of group.

They provide meal at office at reasonable rate.

Dislikes

Company is not employee oriented. There is no Work culture & job security. Salary increment & promotion very slow i.e. salary increment is 5% & promotion done in 4 to 5 years. Work pressure is very higher although no timing fix for outgoing from office to home. No compensation leave provision there. No laptop facility. Parents is also not add in health mediclaim policy.

ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUND AND WE WORK HAPPILY IN COLLABORATION

COMPENSATION IS DECENT, BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOME TIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

... here gap between employees and management is very less so we can easy approach. Salary structure is so so for freshers.

HR is little bit of week here. Salary for new joiners or fresher is low side. Environment is not much professionalised. Work in systematic way also be I missed here. Management not believe to make systems in work
