Career growth is less, salary credit time is not consistent. Even if you are a PG holded they hire you as an off role office & very less probability to be on roll officer

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
