No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. I was so relaxed after he ask about me n my family and help mantally by motivation financially by even small seek comes. Thanks Anwar sir Thanks Shree cement Ltd.

...the Company no allowance to off role employee. Discount structure to dealer. Salary structure to employ individuals

It's all game played by superior and putting all effort by low level employees the company should take smart work but nt to go for hard work.

Compensation is descent but growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high.sometime the superior gives the high pressure on ground level employees.

My overall experience is good. Teammates are supportive, even our managers are also very supportive. You can develop your marketing skills here. If you are a fresher, it's an great opportunity to grab.

Career growth is less, salary credit time is not consistent. Even if you are a PG holded they hire you as an off role office & very less probability to be on roll officer

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Good culture opration is the best part in my job and co- workers are good fun work place with supportive management

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
