Recently Management has been changed hence employees layoff is continue no proper vision MD has appointed his own relative in higher post but they don't have the quality even Manager, and they are taking full advantage even spending 4 hours at home during lunch but any other employee can't go home for lunch. All the shree culture, brand has been made toxic by new management. Owner should take interest to save the reputation of group.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
