More deduction in your CTC..your CTC is 20000/- then after deduction your in hand salary is only 10000/- Promotion is to late and increment is poor.

ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUND AND WE WORK HAPPILY IN COLLABORATION

COMPENSATION IS DECENT, BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOME TIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

Not considering of past experience, Partiality in increment, politics, I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary.
