...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.All's are perfect

More deduction in your CTC..your CTC is 20000/- then after deduction your in hand salary is only 10000/- Promotion is to late and increment is poor.

Dislikes

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary.
